About DaVinci Gelato
Many years ago, CEO & Gelatiera Yvonne Irnich learned her trade from the best gelato makers in Germany & Italy, and brought her original recipes with her to Canada, which we still use to this day.
All our products are completely made from scratch in our facility in St. Albert, AB. What makes our gelato outstanding is the art of balancing ingredients, which brings out the rich flavours and creamy texture that will simply melt on your tongue.
At DaVinci we let mother Nature speak for itself by exclusively using fresh & natural ingredients and fruit. There are NO artificial flavours, colours or premixes in our products.
